  1. I love her! Where can she be found?

  2. I found this on the front of a community center around Nassau/Bridge/Duffy Street, not far from the Flatbush entrance to the Manhattan Bridge (I don't remember exactly where). It's a strange area, though, and the lady stands above the surrounding unloveliness like a beacon.

  3. hello there, i happened upon your blog by accident.

the artist is actually my grandfather, Frank Marchione. its from circa 1970, low relief fiberglass painted in antique aluminum, although it looks like its since been painted over with white.

Marchione Studios is based in Canton, Ohio and has been doing liturgical arts across the U.S. since 1960.

    anyone interested can visit www.marchionestudios.com
