it’s come to tow
the scrap metal barge

    The Sea Wolf prowls the canal . . . Gowanus maritime--scrap and gravel, gravel and scrap. Meanwhile 150,000 vehicles pass over the canal daily, continously depositing more of the same into this fetid waterway. The nature of man is to pervert nature.
